Swisher, Iowa – The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says that three teenagers have been charged with dumping construction waste in a wildlife area on Friday night.

Over the weekend, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office released surveillance photos of the alleged event and asked the public for help in identifying the people in the photos.

Authorities say that construction waste and old wooden pallets were dumped in the Hawkeye Wildlife Management Area, which is along the Iowa River south of Swisher.
