Two people dead after crashing into a train car in Butler County
Butler County, Iowa – On Wednesday evening in Butler County, a train car was struck by a vehicle, resulting in the deaths of two people in the van.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, the collision took place at about 9:30 p.m. near Packard, which is located to the northwest of Clarksville.
According to a report on the collision, a train car was struck by a vehicle that was traveling south on Packard Avenue at Pioneer Place.
The identities of the victims have not been made public.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
